Deceased, situate at Steyning aforesaid, in three Lots, viz, No. 1. consisiting of three Messuages, &c. and 13 Acres of Land, lett to Thomas Deane at 25 l. per Annum. No. 2. consisiting of two Messuages lett to John Greenfield and Son, at 6 1. per Annum.
