I Do hereby give Notice, That I intend to Compel Robert Collis, late of Shipley in the County of Sussex, Shopkeeper and Farmer, who is now a Prisoner in the Goal at Horsham in the said County, and charged in Execution therein at my Suit, to subscribe and deliver into Court upon Oath, a Schedule of all his Estate and Effects, for the Benefit of his Creditors, at the next General or Quarter Sessions of the Peace, or any Adjournment thereof, which shall be held in and for the County of Sussex, next after Twenty Days from the Publication hereof, pursuant to an Act of Parliament passed in the First Year of His present Majesty's Reign, intitled, An Act for Relief of Insolvent Debtors. Witness my Hand the 11th Day of September, 1761. Thomas Plumer.
