TO THE CREDITORS OF EDWARD ALEXANDER SINCLAIR, formerly of Wadham College, Oxford, sometime residing at Cumbrae-College, near Greenock, and presently residing at Pulborough Rectory, Petworth, Sussex. THE said Edward Alexander Sinclair has presented a Petition to the Lord Ordinary officiating on the Bills, praying to be discharged of all debts and obligations contracted by him, or for which he was liable at the date of his sequestration, on 30th March 1863: On which Petition the Lord Ordinary on the Bills has pronounced the following Deliverance :— 'Edinburgh, 24thDecember 1863. —The Lord Ordinary appoints this Petition to be intimated in the Edinburgh Gazette, and to each Creditor, in terms of the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act, 1856.
