Memorandum that Agnes Blaker widow while shee lived of the parrishe of Portslade in the Diocs of Chichester deceased about the latter end of July one thowsand five hundred nynety eyght beinge not ..... before her death havinge an intent ...... of such goods .... will her beinge of pfect mynde and ........ sick in body did nuncupatively make and declare her last will and Testament in manner and forme followinge. First shee bequeathed her soule to Allmightie God and her body to bee buried in Christian buriall. Item shee bequeathed and gave to Thomas Blaker in money fifteene pounds , one bed that hee now lyeth on wthall things that belonge to yt, three payre of sheets one .... one cubbard the great kettle to bee payde wthin one yeare after her decease. Item to Henry Blaker her sonne ten pounds her bedsted that shee lyeth on , three payre of sheets the great brasse pott to bee payd at the age of one & twenty yeeres. Item to John Blaker her sonne five & twenty pounds to bee payd wthin one quarter. And to his sonne Edward Blaker five pounds to bee payd him at one and twenty yeeres of age. Item to her daughter Browne fifteene pounds to bee payd wthin one yeere. Item to John Darke her sonne five pounds to bee payd him at thage of one and twenty yeeres. Further her mynde was that twenty pounds should remayne in her sonne Edward Blaker his hands to the use & behalf of Anne Watkin? her daughter to bee bestowed uppon her as need should require by the discrecon of the said Edward her sonne to whome she bequeathed all the residue of her goods and chattells unbequeathed her debts first payd and her legacies discharged wch said Edward Blaker her sonne shee nominated and appoynted her sole executor beinge present at the making & declaringe thereof.
