Memorandum, the day and yeare abovewritten, ye Minister & Churchwardens of ye Parish & Overseers of the Poor for ye same, whose names heerunto subscribed, did take ye Protestation commanded by ye House of Parliament before me, Henry Goringe, one of his Majesties Justices of the Peace for sayed County.
