THE Creditors who have proved their Debts under a Commission of Bankrupt awarded and issued forth against Joseph Whicher, of Petworth in the County of Sussex, Surgeon and Apothecary, are desired to meet the Assignees of the said Bankrupt's Estate and Effects, on Monday the 9th Day of July next, at Four o'Clock in the Afternoon, at Mr. Redman's, the Swan, in Petworth aforesaid, for the Purpose of taking into Consideration the said Bankrupt's Claim to a Sum of 1030 l. 18 s. 5 d. now payable, as the Balance arising from a certain Annuity, or yearly Rent Charge of 257 l. which was payable to him the said Bankrupt during the joint Lives of himself and Ann his Wife, lately deceased; and also under and by virtue of a certain Policy of Insurance for the Sum of 1400 l. effected by the said Bankrupt, before his said Bankruptcy, on his said late Wife's Death, to which said Sum or Balance the said Bankrupt claims to be entitled, alledging and insisting that the whole Estate and Interest of them the said Assignees, as well in the said Annuity or yearly Rent Charge as in the said Policy, were purchased for his Use on the Sale of his Estate and Effects under the said Commission; and for the further Purpose of consulting with and advising the said Assignees as to their executing an Assignment to the said Bankrupt, or to his Trustee, of all their said Estate and Interest in the said Annuity and Policy, and the Sum or Balance aforesaid ; and on other special Affairs.
