John Geere, of Farnham in the County of Surry, on of the Assignees of Thomas Barnes, late of Petworth in the County of Sussex, Gentleman, who was discharged under an Act of Parliament made in the 16th Year of his present Majesty’s Reign, for the Relief of Insolvent Debtors, doth hereby give Notice, that he intends to make a Dividend of the said Insolvent’s Estate, unto and amongst such of his Creditors as shall, within one Month after this Notice, make due Proof of their Debts, and send or deliver an Account thereof to the said John Geere ; And such Creditors as shall neglect to make due Proof of their Debts within the Time aforesaid, will be excluded the Benefit of the said Dividend.
