TO be Sold, pursuant to a Warrant from the Rt. Hon. the Lords Commissioners of his Majesty's Treasury, before Charles Taylor, Esq; Deputy Remembrancer of his Majesty's Court of Exchequer, at his Office in the Inner Temple, London, Several Estates late of Nicholas Dee and Edward Dee, Esqrs. deceased, extended and seized into his Majesty's Hands for a Debt due from them as Receivers General of the County of Sussex, viz. A Messuage and Farm in Blunsfold and Bramley in the County of Surry, lett to James Puttock, at 65 l. per annum ; (upon which there is a considerable Quantity of thriving young Timber. ) Also the following Estates in the County of Sussex, viz. A Messuage and Lands, called Ingrams, in the Parish of Wisborongh Green, lett at 14 l. per Annum ; 16 Acres of Land, called Chalcrofts at Sutton, lett at 4 l. per Annum ; other Part of Chalcrofts, lett at 16 l. Also the Manor of Sutton-Hall, with the Royalties and Privileges belonging thereto. Also Part of a Messuage in Petworth, lett to Thomas Newhouse, Clerk, at 8 l. and the other Part lett to Elizabeth Lutman, at 6 l, per Annum: All which extended Estates are to be fold to the best Bidder or Bidders : And all Persons desirous to purchase the same, are to deliver Proposals to the said Deputy Remembrancer, on or before the 31st of January next. Particulars may be had at the said Remembrance’s Office.
