WHereas a Commission of Bankrupt is awarded against John Smith, of Petworth, in the County of Sussex, Mercer, and he being declared a Bankrupt (since the Expiration of the Act of Parliament of the 5th of the late King) is hereby required to surrender himself to the Commissioners on the 14th and 28th Instant, and on the 15th of August next, at Three in the Afternoon, at Guildhall, London, and make a full Discovery of his Estate and Effects ; when and where the Creditors are to come prepared to prove their Debts, and at the last of which Sittings the said Bankrupt is required to finish his Examination. And all Persons indebted to the said Bankrupt, or that have any of his Effects, are forthwith to pay and deliver the same to the Assignee, Mr. John Chapman, in Princes Street, London, Warehouseman, or they will be sued.
