RACHEL POOK, Deceased. Pursuant to the Statute 22nd and 23rd Victoria, chapter 35, intituled "An Act to further amend the Law of Property and to relieve Trustees. " NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having any claims or demands against the estate of Rachel Pook, late of No. 28, Vale-road, St. Leonards-on-Sea, in the county of Sussex, Spinster (who died on the 5th day of April, 1914, and whose will, dated the 12th day of May, 1912, was proved in the Lewes District Probate Registry, on the 4th day of May instant, by Walter Harwood, of Combe Hill Farm, Ninfield, Sussex, Farmer, and Fanny Hallaway, the wife of Frederick Hallaway, of Commerce House, Windmill Hill, Hailsham, Sussex, the executors named in such will), are hereby required to send particulars, in writing, of their claims and demands to us, the undersigned, as Solicitors to the said executors, on or before the 24th day of June, 1914, alter which date the said executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said testatrix amongst the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the debts, claims and demands of which they shall then have had notice; and that they will not be liable to any person or persons of whose claim or demand they shall not then have had notice for the assets, or any part thereof, so distributed. —Dated this 22nd day of'May, 1914.
