WHEREAS a Petition of George Thomas Ranger, formerly of Nos. 1 and 2, Saint George's-road, Brighton, Coal Merchant and Dairyman, then of Ninfield. part of the time a Farmer, and Dealer in Wood, using Harmer's Hay Farm, Hailsham, and now of Ninfield aforesaid, ont of business, all in the county of Sussex, an insolvent debtor, having been filed in the County Court of Sussex, at Hastings, and an interim order for protection from process having been given to the said George Thomas Ranger, under the provisions of the Statutes in that case made and provided, the said George Thomas Ranger is hereby required to appear before the said Court, on the 29th day of September instant, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon preciselv, for his first examination touching his debts, estate, and effects, and to be further dealt with according to the provisions of the said Statutes; and the choice of the creditors' assignees is to take place at the time so appointed. All person- indebted to the said George Thomas Ranger, or that have any o-f his effects, arc not to pay or deliver the same but to Mr. William Blackman Young, Clerk of the said Court, at his office, at Hastings, the Official Assignee of the estate and effects of the said insolvent.
