PUrsuant to an Order made by the Right Honorable Alexander Lord Loughborough, Lord High Chancellor of Great Britain, for Enlarging the Time for William Bayley, of Angmering, in the County of Sussex, and Richard Bayley, of the Parish of Leominster, otherwise Lyminster, in the County of Sussex, Millers, Dealers, Chapmen, and Copartners, (Bankrupts, ) to surrender themselves, and make a full Discovery and Disclosure of their Estate and Effects for Forty-nine Days, to be computed from the 23d Day of July instant; This is to give Notice, that the Commissioners in the said Commission named and authorised, or the major Part of them, intend to meet on the 10th Day of September next, at Ten o'Clock in the Forenoon, at the House of Robert Burfield, called or known by the Name or Sign of the Crown, situate in Arundel, in the County of Sussex; where the said Bankrupts are required to surrender themselves between the Hours of Eleven and One of the same Day, and make a full Discovery and Disclosure of their Estate and Effects, and finish their Examination ; and the Creditors, who have not already proved their Debts, may then and there come and prove the same, and assent to or dissent from the Allowance of their Certificates.
