In the Name of God Amen I Jane Yaldwyn of Ludgershall in the County of Wilts Widow seriously considering the uncertainty of human Life particularly my own Do while I am in a state of sound mind Body and health (thanks be to Almighty God) make and ordain this my last Will and Testament intending thereby to dispose of my Worldly Affairs according as justice and equity seem to direct And do most humbly recommend my Soul to the great Mercy of that Eternal Supreme intelligent being who gave it me most earnestly at the same time not duly admiring but acknowledging his great Mercy Goodness and Justice I give devise and bequeath to my Grand Daughter Jane Hutchins the Sum of One hundred Pounds of lawful British Money which said Sum at this time rests in the hands of my Son the Revd Mr John Yaldwyn I also give to my said Son John Yaldwyn and to my Daughter Jane Brickenden Widow the Sum of five Pounds each of like lawful Money All my other Estates both Real and Personal Money Securities for Money in the Government funds or otherwise Plate Quick and Dead Stock and all other goods and Chattels of whatsoever nature or kind soever and wheresoever I give devise and bequeath the same to my Daughter Ann Yaldwyn in consideration of her Extraordinary Obedience and Dutiful Behaviour to her father (when living)as well as to me And Lastly I nominate constitute and appoint my said Daughter Ann Yaldwyn whole and sole Executrix to this my last Will and Testament as also Residuary Devisee after the Payment of all my just Debts Legacys and funeral Expences being first paid and discharged And do revoke annul and make void all former Will and Wills Testament and Testaments by me heretofore made of none Effect Jane Yaldwyn (Attestation Clause) John Capps _ Susanna Capps
