FREDERICK RUSSELL, Deceased. Pursuant to the Act of Parliament 22nd and 23rd Victoria, cap. 35, intituled "An Act to further amend the Law of Property, and to relieve Trustees. " NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors or persons having any claims or demands upon or against the estate of Frederick Russell, late of the Litlington Pleasure-gardens, Litlington, in the county of Sussex, Market Gardener, deceased (who died on the 8th day of October, 1882, intestate, and to whose estate letters of administration were granted out of the Principal Registry of the Probate, Divorce, and Admiralty Division of Her Majesty's High Court of Justice on the 15th day of February, 1883, to Mary Russell, of the Litlington Arms, Litlington aforesaid, the widow and relict of the deceased), are hereby required to send the particulars, in writing, of their claims or demands to us, the undersigned, the Solicitors for the said administratrix, on or before the 20th day of March, 1883; and notice is hereby also given, that after that day the said administratrix will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which the said administratrix shall then have had notice; and that she will not be liable for the assets, or any pare thereof, so distributed to any person of whose debt or claim she shall not then have had notice. — Dated this 19th Of February, 1883.
