No. 26, 918. Circuit. —Order for Hearing. Pursuant to the Act for the Relief of Insolvent Debtors in England. THE COURT FOR RELIEF OF INSOLVENT DEBTORS, On the 8th day of March 1831. UPON the filing of the Petition and Schedule of HENRY THOMPSON, late of Friar's Walk, in the Parish of All Saints, in the Borough of Lewes, in the County of Sussex, Doctor of Medicine, formerly of Enfield, in the County of Middlesex, Surgeon, since of Rankillor Street, Edinburgh, Student, since of Stratton Street, Piccadilly, in the County of Middlesex, Doctor of Medicine, since of Preston Street, Brighton, in the County of Sussex, Doctor of Medicine, since of Rottingdean, in the County of Sussex, Doctor of Medicine, a Prisoner in the Gaol of Horsham, in the County of Sussex. It is ORDERED and APPOINTED, that the matters of the said petition and schedule shall be heard by Thomas Barton Bowen, Esquire, or one other of His Majesty's Commissioners for the Relief of Insolvent Debtors proceeding on his Circuit, at the Court-House at Horsham, in the said County, on the 6th day of April next, at the hour of Ten in the Morning precisely: of which all Creditors, and Persons claiming to be Creditors of the said Insolvent, for the Sum of Five Pounds or more, shall have notice, by Service of a Copy of this Order, made within such time and in such manner as is prescribed by the Rule of Court in that behalf: it is likewise ORDERED, that the said Prisoner shall, within ten days after the issuing hereof, cause the Duplicate of the said Petition and Schedule, and all books, papers, and writings relating thereto in his possession or power, to be lodged with the Clerk of the Peace, at his office at Lewes, in the said County. If any Creditor intends to oppose the said Prisoner's discharge, notice of such intention must be given to the said Prisoner in writing, three clear days before the day of hearing above-mentioned, exclusive of Sunday, and exclusive both of the day of giving such notice, and of the said day of hearing. 2. The petition and schedule will be produced by the proper officer for inspection and examination, at the office of the Court in London, on Mondays, Wednesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, between the hours of ten and four, on this notice being exhibited ; and copies of the petition and schedule, or such part thereof as shall be required, will be provided by the proper Officer, according to the Act 7. The duplicate of the petition and schedule and all books, papers, and writings, filed therewith will be produced by the said clerk of the peace, for inspection and examination, at his office above-mentioned and copies of the petition and schedule, or such part thereof as shall be required, will be provided according to the Act 7.
