Re HANNAH EDITH SMITH, Deceased. Pursuant to the Statute 22nd and 23rd Vict. , cap. 35. NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having any claims or demands against or upon the estate of Hannah Edith Smith, late of 149/151, Church-road, Hove, in the county of Sussex, Draper, deceased (who died on the 11th day of December, 1914, and whose will was proved in the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of His Majesty's High Court of Justice, on the 8th day of March, 1915, by Ernest Henry Smith, of 149/151, Church-road, Hove aforesaid, Draper, and Bertie Bunker, of 83, Church-road, Hove aforesaid, Solicitor, the executors in the said will named), are hereby required to send, in writing, full particulars of their claims or demands to us, the undersigned, on or before the 31st day of May, 1923, after which date the said executors will proceed to finally distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the debts, claims and demands of which they shall then have had notice; and that they, the said executors, will not be liable for the assets of the said deceased, or any part thereof, so distributed, to any person of whose claim or demand they shall not then have had notice. — Dated this 26th day of April, 1923.
