Estate of HENRY GEORGE REDMOND PRIOR, Deceased. NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to the Law of Property Amendment Act, 1859, that all persons having any claims or demands upon or against the estate of Henry George Redmond Prior, late of "Berriedale, " No. 75, New Church-road, Hove, in the County of Sussex, a Second Lieutenant in the 11th Royal West Kent Regiment, deceased (who died on the 7th day of October, 1916, in France, on Active Service, and letters of administration, with the will annexed, of whose estate were granted by the District Registry at Lewes of the Probate Division of His Majesty's High Court of Justice, on the 6th day of February, 1917, to Iona Minnie Selina Prior, of "Berriedale, " No. 75, New Church-road, Hove aforesaid, the lawful Widow and relict, and the administratrix of the estate of the deceased), are hereby required to send in the particulars, in writing, of their debts or claims to the said administratrix, at the offices of the undersigned, her Solicitors, on or before the 22nd day of March, 1917; and notice is hereby also given, that after that day the said administratrix will proceed to distribute the assets of the said Henry George Redmond Prior, deceased, amongst the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims, of which she shall then have had notice; and that she will not be liable for the assets, or any part thereof, so distributed, to any person of whose debt or claims she shall not then have had notice. — Dated this 22nd day 01 February, 1917.
