JAMES WOODMAN Deceased. Pursuant to the Statute 22 and 23 Victoria chapter 35. NOTICE is hereby given that all creditors and persons having any claim against the estate of James Woodman late of No. 39 Albany-villas Hove in the county of Sussex Retired Architect deceased who died on the 7th day of September 1897 and whose will was proved by the executor therein named on the 25th day of October 1897 in the Lewes District Registry of the Probate Division of the High Court of Justice are hereby required to send particulars of their claims to the undersigned on or before the 24th day of December 1897 after which day the said executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims of which he shall then have notice and he will not be liable for the said assets or any part thereof so distributed to any person of whose debt or claim he shall not then have had notice. — Dated this 3rd day of November 1897.
