TO he sold before Samuel Burroughs, Esq; one of the Masters Of the High Court of Chancery, pursuant to a Decree Of the said Court, several Farms, Part of the Estate of Edward Cowper, Esq. , late of Stroud, in the County of Sussex, deceased, viz. A Farm called Pathornes, now Lett at 60 1. per Ann. Also a Farm in Shufold, called Hayes Hill, now Lett at 36 l. per Annum, both lying near Horsham, in the said County of Sussex. Also a Farm called Exfold in Abinger, in the County of Surrey, now Lett at 14 1. per Ann. And also a Farm called Deacon and Naldiets, alias New Place, lying in Ockley and Ewhurst, in the said County of Surrey, now valued at 62 1. 10 s. per Ann. All which Farms and Premises are Freehold and very improveable, and may be purchased separately. Particulars of the said Estate may be had at the said Master's Chambers in Chancery-Lane ; where all Creditors of the said Edward Cowper, Esq; deceased, are to prove their respective Debts.
