I Do hereby give Notice, That I intend to Compel Edward Pierce, formerly of Hoo in the County of Sussex, late of Hawkhurst in the County of Kent, Victualler, who is now a Prisoner in the Poultry Compter in the City of London, and charged in Execution therein at my Suit, to subscribe and deliver into Court upon Oath, a Schedule of all, his Estate and Effects, for the Benefit of his Creditors, at the next General or Quarter Sessions of the Peace to be held at Guildhall in and for the City of London, or any Adjournment thereof, which shall happen next after Twenty Days from the Publication hereof, pursuant to an Act of Parliament pasted in the First Year of His present Majesty's Reign, intitled, An Act for Relief of Insolvent Debtors.
