CHARLES EDWARD SIBLEY, Deceased. ALL persons having claims which were due or accruing due against the Estate of the late Charles Edward Sibley, of Albion House, Hayward's Heath, Sussex, of No. 235 Brompton Road, London, and No. 53 Union Street, Aberdeen (where he carried on business as a Jeweller under the name of James Hardy & Co. ), and at No. 74 Princes Street, Edinburgh (where he carried on a similar business under the above name, and also under the name of Mackay, Cunningham, & Co. ), at the date of his death on the 25th December 1896 (his Will was proved shortly afterwards by his widow, Keturah Sibley, of Albion House aforesaid, Edward Routley, of Spring Yale, Newbridge Hill, Bath, retired Jeweller, and Robert Henderson Gibson, of No. 156 Hamilton Place, Aberdeen, Jeweller's Manager, the Executors thereof), are required to send particulars of such claims to the undersigned not later than the 1st February next, after which date the Executors will deal with the assets, having regard only to any such claims of which they shall then, have had notice.
