WILLIAM JAMES BOERNE BENSON, Deceased. Pursuant to an Act of Parliament, 22 and 23 Vict. , c. 35, intituled "An Act to further amend the Law of Property, and to relieve Trustees. " NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and persons having any claims or demands upon or against the estate of William James Boerne Benson, late of "Heathdeue, " Hayward's Heath, in the county of Sussex, but formerly of East Franklyns, Wivelsfield, in the said county, Gentleman, deceased (who died on the 7th day of November, 1901, and whose will was proved by Justice Chapman Tilly and Adele Agnes Clarke (wife of Thomas Kilner Clarke), the executors therein named, on the 30th day of January, 1902, in the Lewes District. Registry of the Probate Division of the High Court of Justice), are hereby required to send in the particulars of their claims and demands to the undersigned, the Solicitors of the said executors, on or before the thirtieth day of April next; and notice is hereby also given, that after that day the said executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which the said executors shall then have notice; and that they will not be liable for the assets, or any part thereof, so distributed to any person of whose debt or claim they shall not then have had notice. — Dated this 22nd day of March, 1902.
