TO be sold, pursuant to a Decree of the High Court of Chancery, made in a Cause Scott against Nesbitt, and a General Order of Transfer, before John Spranger, Esq; one of the Masters of the said Court, at his Chambers in Symond's Inn, Chancery-lane, London, in Lots, Several Freehold Estates late of Arnold Nesbitt, Esq; deceased, The Testator in the said Decretal Order named, consisting of the Manor of Icklesham in the County of Sussex, and several Farms, Messuages, Lands, Tenements and Hereditaments in the Towns, Parishes, Villages, Hamlets, Precincts or Territories of Icklesliam, Winchelsea, Odimer, Gestling, Pett, Farley, St. Leonard, St. Thomas and St. Lawrence, in the ancient Town of Winchelsea, in the said County of Sussex, and in the Parish of Hemingford Grey in the County of Huntingdon; also one undivided Third Part of and in a Plantation called Duckinfield Hall, situate in the Parish of St. Thomas in the East, in the Island of Jamaica; and also one undivided Moiety of the Plantation called Mount Nesbitt, situate in the Quarter of St. John in the Island of Grenada, and of the live and dead Stock, and Buildings thereon; and also a Plantation or Estate situate in the said Island of Grenada, and adjoining the last abovementioned Plantation. Particular's pf the Estates in the Counties of Sussex and Huntingdon may be had (gratis) of Mess. Blake and Norris, Essex-street, in the Strand; of Mess. Robson and Norris, Lincoln’s-inn, of Mr. Sermon, Gray's-inn ; of Mess. Pitches and Luard, Swithin-lane, London; of Mr. Martin, Winchelsea aforesaid, where a Plan of the said Estates may be seen.
