In the Matter of the Estate of; THOMAS LEWRY, Deceased. Pursuant to the Act of Parliament 22nd and 23rd Victoria, chapter 35, intituled "An Act to further amend the Law of Property, and to relieve Trustees. " "NTOTICE is hereby given, that all persons having any claims against the estate of Thomas Lewry, of Hancock's Farm, Sedlescomb, in the county of Sussex, Farmer (who died at Sedlescomb aforesaid, on the 30th day of October, 1875, and whose will was proved in the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of Her Majesty's High Court of Justice, on the 24th day of November last by William Wood Allen, of Icklesham, Sussex, Miller, and Alfred Moon, of Ewhurst, in the county of Sussex, Farmer, the executors appointed by the said will), are requested to send the particulars of such claims to us, on or before the 1st day of June next, at the expiration of which time the said executors will distribute the assets of the said deceased among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which the said executors shall then have had notice, and they will not be liable for the assets, or any part thereof, so distributed to any person of whose claim they shall not then have had notice; and all persons indebted to the estate are requested forthwith to pay the amount of their respective debts to the said executors or one of them. —Dated this 29th day of February, 1876.
