TO be sold, pursuant to a Decretal Order of the High Court of Chancery, made in the cause Woodhams versus Woodhams, with the approbation of James William Fairer, Esq; one of the Masters of the said Court at the George Hotel, Rye, in the county of Sussex, on Wednesday the 22d day of September 1847, at four o'clock precisely, the following property, in four lots: Lot I. Three pieces of freehold land, containing altogether 23A. OR. 27P. called Button's Farm, - situate at Peasmarsh, in the county of Sussex, let to Mr. Robert Horton, as tenant from year to year, at the yearly rent of £32. Lot 2. Four pieces of freehold marsh land, containing 31 A. 3P. 6P. , called Simmond's Marshes, situate in the parish of Icklesham, in the county of Sussex, let to Mr. Jesse Piper, as tenant from year to year, at the yearly rent. of £100. Lot 3. Thirteen pieces of land, containing 32 A. OR. 12P. , called Grover's Farm, situate in the parish of Peasmarsh, in Sussex, of which about 17 acres and the house are copyheld, and the remainder is freehold. The whole is held by Mr. Robert Horton, as tenant from year to year, at the yearly rent of £43. Lot 4. Seven several sums, amounting together to £525, secured on the tolls of the turnpike road from Pinehall to Rye. Wright and Kingsford, Solicitors, Essex-street, Strand; and of Messrs. Lardner and Dawes, Solicitors, Rye.
