TO be peremptorily sold, pursuant to a Decree of the High Court of Chancery, before Robert Pratt, Esq; one of the Masters of the said Court, at his Chambers in Symond's Inn, Chancery-Lane, London, on Tuesday the 21st Day of July next, between the Hours of Five and Six of the Clock in the Afternoon, in two distinct: Lots, The Estate of Sir Richard Lloyd, Knt. deceased, consisting Of several Freehold Lands, in the several Parishes of Iklesham, Fairly, and Pett, in the County of Sussex, of the yearly Vale. of 208 l. 10 s. and also of a Freehold Messuage in Queen-Square, Westminster, with a Stable and Coach-House contiguous to the above Messuage. Further Particulars whereof may be had at the said Master's Chambers.
