Re EDWARD SEYMOUR, otherwise SEAMON, Deceased. Pursuant to an Act of Parliament made and passed in the 22nd and 23rd years of the reign of Her present Majesty, intituled "An Act to further amend the Law of Property, and to relieve Trustees. " NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and persons having any claims or demands upon or against the estate of Edward Seymour, otherwise Seamon, late of Hadlow Down, Mayfield, in the county of Sussex, Brick Maker and Farmer, deceased (who died on the 17th day of June, 1870), are hereby required to send the particulars of their claims or demands against the estate of the said Edward Seymour, otherwise Seamon, deceased, to Mr. Thomas Seymour, of Hadlow Down aforesaid. Labourer, the administrator of the said deceased, or to Mr. Edward Walter, of Mark Cross, Ferant, near Tunbridge Wells, or to Mr. George Seymour, of Penn's Rocks Farm, Withyham, near Tunbridge Wells, on behalf of the said administrator, on or before the 4th day of November now next, at the expiration of which time the said administrator will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which he shall then have had notice; and will not be liable for the assets, or any part thereof, so distributed to any person of whose claim he shall not have had notice at the time of such distribution. And all persons indebted to the estate of the said Edward Seymour, otherwise Seamon, deceased, are required forthwith to pay the amount of their respective debts to the said Thomas Seymour, the said administrator, or to the said Edward Walter, or George Seymour on his behalf. — Dated this 26th day of September, 1870.
