NOTICE is hereby given, that by two several indentures, bearing date respectively the 13th day of October, 1856, Edward Miller, of Hailsham, in the county of Sussex, Chemist and Druggist, has conveyed and assigned all his real and personal estate unto Thomas Miller, of Hailsham aforesaid, Gentleman, upon trusts, for the benefit of the creditors of the said Edward Miller; that the one of the said two indentures, relating to the personal estate of the said Edward Miller, was duly executed by the said Edward Miller and Thomas Miller on the day of the date thereof, in the presence of, and attested by, Henry Charles Sinnock, of Hailsham aforesaid, Attorney-at-Law; and that the other of the said two indentures (relating to the real estate of the said Edward Miller) was duly executed by the said Edward Miller and Thomas Miller on the 18th day of October, 1856, in the presence of, and attested by, the said Henry Charles Sinnock ; and that the said indentures are now lying at the office of the said Henry Charles Siniiock, in Hailsham aforesaid, for execution by the creditors of the said Edward Miller.
