THE Commissioners in a Commission of Bankrupt awarded and issued forth against William Tate the Elder, and William Tate the Younger, of Findon, in the County of Sussex, Timber-Merchants and Copartners, Dealers and Chapmen, intend to meet on the 24th Day of July next, at Ten in the Forenoon, at Guildhall, London, to make a Final Dividend of the Separate Estate and Effects of William Tate the Younger, one of the said Bankrupts; when and where the Creditors, who have not already proved their Debts, are to come prepared to prove the same, or they will be excluded the Benefit of the said Dividend. And all Claims not then proved will be disallowed.
