THE Creditors who have proved their Debts under a Commission of Bankrupt awarded and issued forth against William Tate the Elder and William Tate the Younger, Both of Findon, in the County of Sussex, Timber-Merchants and Copartners, Dealers and Chapmen, are desired to meet the Assignees of the said Bankrupts Estate and Effects on Friday the 4th Day of July instant, at Twelve of the Clock at Noon, at Baker's Coffee-House, Change Alley, Cornhill, London, to assent to or dissent from the said Assignees commencing, prosecuting, or defending any Suit or Suits at Law or in Equity for Recovery of any Part of the said Bankrupts' Estate and Effects; or to their compounding, submitting to Arbitration, or otherwise agreeing any Matter or Thing relating thereto; and on other special Affairs.
