THERE will be peremptorily sold, pursuant to a Decree of the High Court of Chancery, on Tuesday the 22d Instant at Eleven o'clock in the Forenoon, before Francis Eld, Elq; one of the Mailers of the said Court, at his Chamber in Symond's inn in Chancery Lane, London, A Farm at Duncton and Cathanger, in the County of Sussex, lett at 50 1. per Annum ; add the Parsonage of Ferring in the same County, with the Manor and Lands thereto belonging, being a Leasehold Estate held for two Lives now in being, worth about 100 I. per Annum, late the Estate of Francis Mose, Clerk, deceased. Particulars may be had at the lard Master's Chamber.
