PURSUANT to an Act of Parliament made in the First Year of the Reign of His present Majesty King George the Third, intitled, An Act for Relief of Insolvent Debtors, I hereby give Notice, That I intend to Compel William Cooper, formerly of Trump-street in the City of London, late of Wisborough Green in the County of Sussex, Miller, who is now a Prisoner in the Goal at Horsham in the County of Sussex, and charged in Execution therein at my Suit, to subscribe and deliver into Court upon Oath, a Schedule of all his Estate and Effects, for the Benefit of his Creditors, at the next General or Quarter Sessions of the Peace which shall be held in and for the said County of Sussex, or any Adjournment thereof, which shall happen next after Twenty Days from the Publication hereof ; of which the rest of his Creditors are to take Notices Witness my Hand the 25th Day of August, 1761.
