Re the Estate of THOMAS MARTIN ASHBY, Deceased. Pursuant to the Trustee Act, 1925, section twenty-seven. NOTICE is hereby given that all creditors and other persons having any claims or demands against the estate of Thomas Martin Ashby, late of Willetts Farm, in the parish of Withyham, in the county of Sussex, Farmer, who died on the third day of March, 1929, and whose will dated the 2nd day of February, 1917, was proved at the Principal Probate Registry, on the seventh day of June, 1929, by Hetty Ashby, of Willetts Farm, Blackham, in the parish of Withyham aforesaid, Widow, and Robert Ashby, of Warren Farm, Eridge, in the said county of Sussex, Farmer, the executors named in the said will, are hereby required to send the particulars, in writing, of their claims and demands to the undersigned, the Solicitor for the said executors, on or before the twenty-fourth day of August, 1929, after which date the said executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims and demands of which they shall then have had notice; and will not be liable for the assets of the deceased, or any part thereof, so distributed, to any persons of whose claims or demands they shall not then have had notice. — Dated this eleventh day of June, 1929.
