Re MART ANN NICHOLS, Deceased. Pursuant to the Act of Parliament 22nd and 23rd Victoria, cap. 35, intituled "An Act to further amend the Law of Property and to relieve Trustees. " NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having any claims or demands against the estate of Mary Ann Nichols, late of 49, Westhill-street, Brighton, in the county of Sussex, and c/o W. N. West, Esquire, 30, Montague-street, Bloomsbury, in the county of London, Spinster, deceased (who died on the 8th day of February, 1898, at The Sussex Lunatic Asylum, Wivelsfield, Sussex, and letters of administration of her estate were granted by the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of His Majesty's High Court of Justice, on the 24th day of April, 1914, to me, the undersigned, George John Strickland, the administrator of the estate of the said deceased, for the use and benefit of Henry John Nichols, of Heathcote Valley, Christchurch, New Zealand, until he shall duly apply for and obtain letters of administration of the said estate of the said deceased to be granted to him, are hereby required to send the particulars, in writing, of their claims or demands to me, on or before the 13th day of June, 1914, after which date I will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the debts, claims and demands of which I shall then have had notice; and I will not be liable for the assets of the said deceased to any person or persons of whose claims or demands I shall not then have had notice. — Dated this: 11th day of May, 1914.
