JAMES HILLS, Deceased. Pursuant to the Statute, 22nd and 23rd Victoria, cap. 35, intituled "An Act to further amend the Law of Property, and to relieve Trustees. " NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having any claims or demands upon or against the estate of James Hills, late of Cleavewater Farm, Wivelsfield, in the county of Sussex, Bachelor, deceased (who died on the 15th day of March, 1902, . and to whose estate letters of administration were granted by the District Probate Registry, at Lewes, of His Majesty's High Court of Justice, on the 10th day of May, 1902, to William Hills, a brother of the said James Hills), are hereby required to send in particulars, in writing, of their claims or demands to us, the undersigned, on or before the 1st day of August, 1902; and notice is hereby given, that after that day the assets of the said James Hills, deceased, will be distributed amongst the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims and demands of which notice shall then have been received; and the administrator of the said deceased will not be liable or accountable for the assets or any part thereof, so distributed, to any person of whose debt or claim notice shall not then have been received. — Dated this 24th day of June, 1902.
