William Clark Duncan, of Wivelsfield, near Haywards Heath, in the county of Sussex, journeyman Baker at the Lunatic Asylum, Haywards Heath, and formerly of Stepney-causeway, in the county, of Middlesex, Baker, having been adjudged bankrupt under a Petition for adjudication of-Bankruptcy, filed in the County Court of Sussex, holden at Cuckfield, on the 16th day of March, 1868, a public sitting, for the said bankrupt to pass his Last Examination, and make application for his Discharge, will be held at the said Court, at Cuckfield, on the 14th day of May next, at half-past twelve o'clock in the afternoon precisely, the day last aforesaid being the day limited for the said bankrupt to surrender. Edward Waugh, Esq. , of Cuckfield, is the Official Assignee, and Edward Field Marshall, Esq. , of No. 29, Lincoln's-inn-fields, Middlesex, is the Solicitor acting in the bankruptcy.
