William Clark Duncan, of Wivelsfield, near Hayward's Heath, in the county of Sussex, Journeyman Baker at the Lunatic Asylum, Harward's-Heath, and formerly of Stepney-causeway, in the county of Middlesex, Baker, having been adjudged bankrupt under a Petition for adjudication of Bankruptcy, filed in the County Court of Sussex, holden at Cuckfield, on the 16th of March, 1868, is hereby required to surrender himself to Edward Waugh, Esq. , a Registrar of the said Court, at the first meeting of creditors to he held before the said Registrar, on the 7th day of April next, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon precisely, at the Registrar's Office, Cuckfield. Edward Waugh, Esq. , of Cuckfield, is the Official Assignee, and Mr. Edward Field Marshall, of No. 29, Lincoln's inn-field, Middlesex, is the Solicitor acting in the bankruptcy.
