In the Matter of JOHN STOAKES HUTCHINGS, Deceased. Pursuant to an, 'Act of Parliament of the 22nd and 23rd Victoria, cap. 35, intituled "An Act to further amend the Law of Property, and to relieve Trustees. " NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having any claims or demands against the estate of John Stoakes Hutchings, late of Dorchester, in the county of Dorset, Coach Manufacturer, deceased (who died on the 29th day of November, 1865, and of whose personal estate and effects letters of administration were granted on the 29th day of December, 1865, by the District Registry of Pier Majesty's Court of Probate at Blandford, in the county of Dorset, to Elizabeth Stroud, of Hay ward's Heath, in the parish of Wivelsfield, in the county of Sussex, Widow), are hereby required to send in particulars of their claims or demands to me the undersigned, Solicitor to the said administratrix of the deceased, before or on the 10th day of December, 1866, and that on and after that day the said administratrix will proceed to distribute the whole of the assets of the said John Stoakes Hatchings, deceased, amongst the persons entitled thereto, having regard to the claims only (if any) of which the said administratrix shall then have had notice ; and the said administratrix will not be liable for the assets so distributed, or any part thereof, to any person of whose debt or claim such administratrix shall not have had notice at the time of such distribution. And notice is hereby further given, that all persons indebted to the estate of the said deceased are required to pay the amount of their debts to me the undersigned, Solicitor to the said administratrix, or to Mr. James Andrews, of No. 6, High East-street, Dorchester, in the county of Dorset, Gentleman, forthwith. — Dated this 10thday of October, 1866.
