The Rev. JOHN ROSE HOLDEN, Deceased. Pursuant to the Provisions of the Act of Parliament, of the 22 and 23 Victoria, cap. 35, "To further amend the Law of Property, and to relieve Trustees. " NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and others having any claims or demands against the estate of the Rev. John Rose Holden, late of Upminster, in the county of Essex, Clerk, who died on the 28th of January last, are required, within two calendar months from the date hereof, to send in the particulars of such claims and then demands to Messrs, Surridge and Francis, of Romford, Essex, the Solicitors for John R. H. Rose, of the Ferns, Wivelsfield, near Hurstpierpoint, in the county of Sussex, Lieutenant-Colonel, and Luther Holden, of No: 54, Gower-street, London, Fellow of the College of Surgeons, the executors of the will of the said John Rose Holden (to whom probate was granted by Her Majesty's Court of Probate on the 21st day of February, 1862), at the expiration of which period of two calendar months, the said executors will distribute the assets of the said deceased among the parties entitled thereto, having regard to the claims of which they shall then have had notice, and will not, after that time be liable for the assets so distributed, or any part, thereof, to any person of whose claim they shall not have had notice; — Dated the 18th day, of March, 1862.
