Will of Ann Jeall of Worth

This is the last Will and Testament of me Ann Jeall of Thrive Bridge in the Parish of Worth in the County of Sussex Spinster concerning the disposition of the Temporal Estate wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me as follows first I will and direct that all my just Debts ffuneral Expences and the Expence of proving this my last Will and Testament be fully paid and satisfied by my Executor hereafter named at whose discretion I desire that my body may be decently buried in Worth Church Yard also I Give and bequeath unto my Cousin Thomas Weeks of Crawley in the said County the Sum of Ten Pounds also I give and Devise that part of the House and Land as belongs to me unto my two Nieces Mary the Wife of Henry Sayers of Reigate in the County of Surry and Ann the Wife of Robert Dealing in the Parish of Godstone in the County of Surry to be equally divided between them as to all the residue and remainder of my Goods and Chattels and Effects of what soever I die possest of at my decease to be sold after my decease by my Executors hereafter named and what Monies there is left after all my just Debts and ffuneral Expences and Legacies are all paid and discharged I Give and bequeath the same unto my nephew John Jeal of Worth aforesaid Carpenter and my two Nieces Mary the Wife of Henry Sayers of Reigate in the County of Surry and Ann the Wife of Robert Dealing in the Parish of Godstone in the County of Surry to be equally divided between them share and share alike as Tenants in common and not as joint Tenants and I hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said Cousin Thomas Weeks of the Parish of Crawley in the said County sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all former and other Will and Wills by me at any time heretofore made and do declare this to be and contain my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said Ann Jeall have hereunto set my hand and seal this tenth day of April in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and two Ann Jeall
