Will of Richard Gardener of Worth

In the name of god amen, I Richard Gardner of the parish of Worth in the county of Sussex Yeoman being not well of body but in good mind. I make this my last will and testimony. I give and bequeath to my sonne Alexander Gardener 100 pound of good and lawful money of England to be paid unto him within one year after my death. Then I give and bequeath to my sonne Nicholas fifty pounds of good and lawful money of England to be paid unto him when he becomes one and twenty years of age. I give and bequeath unto my sonne John fifty pounds of good and lawful money of England to be paid when he becomes one and twenty years of age. I give and bequeath unto my daughter Kathren wife of Robert Monke fifty pounds. I then give and bequeath unto my five youngest daughters each fifty pounds apiece of good and lawful money of England should they get to one and twenty years of age. Should any of my younger children died before reaching maturity ; their share will be equally divided amoungst the other younger children. I give unto my loving wife all my living. I make and appoint to be ? this my last will and testimony , my wife loving wife Elizabeth Gardener and my son Richard Gardener, I entrust my loving friend Andrew Monke of Worth father of Robert Monke my son in law to be my executors of this my last will and testimony.
