PURSUANT to the late Act of Parliament made in the First Year of the Reign of his present Majesty King George the Third, intitled, An Act for the Relief of Insolvent Debtors ; I do hereby give Notice, that I intend to Compel Richard Alcock, late of Worth, in the County of Sussex, Butcher, a Prisoner in custody of the Keeper of the County Goal of Surry, and charged in Execution therein at my Suit, to subscribe, and deliver in upon Oath, a Schedule of all his Estate and Effects, before his Majesty's Justices of the Peace at the next General or Quarter Sessions of the Peace, or any Adjournment thereof, which shall be held for the County of Surry, which shall first happen to be next after the Expiration of Twenty Days from the Publication hereof. Witness my Hand this 14th Day of September, 1761. Francis French.
