TO be peremptoriluy sold, pursuant to a Decree and subsequent Order of the High Court of Chancery, before William Spicer, Esq; one of the Masters of the said Court, on Friday the 14th Day of April Instant, bewteen the Hours of Five and Six in the Afternoon, A Capital Mansion-house, with a good Garden, Orchard, Coach-house and Stables, and a large Double Dove House well stocked ; and also five several Manors, and several Freehold Farms and Lands thereunto belonging, situate in the several Parishes of Yapton, Walberton, Ford, Torrington, Clipping, Slindon, Madehurst, and Little Hampton, in the County of Sussex ; And also a large Canal at Ford aforesaid, on the River Arundell, and a new-built Wharfe and a Store-house for shipping of Corn : All which said Estates are together of the yearly Value of 506 l. or thereabouts. And also three Copyhold Messuages, situate at Kensington in the County of Midelesex, of the yearly Value of 43 l. the Estates of Samuel Marsh, late Citizen and Haberdasher of London, deceased.
