Harrison's description (1911):

Chancel restored in 1892. The nave, aisles, and part of tower are Tr.-Nor.; chancel with fine arch and low-side window, E.E. The priests' door and several lancets in chancel are blocked up. Note: dormer windows; entrance to rood loft; Nor. window E. end of S. aisle; traces of mural painting on E. splay of S.E. window of aisle; capitals (some with carving not finished); old glass; old bell and porch (14th c.); quatrefoil and circular window in S. wall, near floor level. Font, early Nor., has sword-shaped crosses under circular arches. The tower, out of the perpendicular and somewhat dilapidated, has Saxon features.
