Re ROBERT WILLSHER, Deceased. Pursuant to the Statute, 22 and 23 Viet. , chapter 35, intituled "An Act to further amend the Law of Property, and to relieve Trustees. " NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having claims or demands upon or against the estate of Robert Willsher, late of Etchingham, in the county of Sussex, Farmer, who died on the 31st day of December, 1846, and whose will and a codicil thereto were proved in the Prerogative Court of Canterbury on the 10th day of July, 1847, by Thomas Willsher and George Willsher, the executors named in the said will, and Charles Turner, the executor named in the said codicil, are hereby required to send particulars of such claims or demands to us, the undersigned, Solicitors for the representative of the said deceased, on or before the 30th day of June instant, after which day the said representative will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the debts, claims, and demands of which the said executors may then have had notice; and they will not be answerable or liable for the assets, or any part, so distributed to any person of whose debt, claim, or demand they shall not have had notice at the time of such distribution. — Dated this ninth day of June, 1903.
