HUMPHREY CONWELL BARTON, Deceased. Pursuant to the Statute 22nd and 23rd Vic. , cap. 35, intituled "An Act to further Amend the Law of Property, and to relieve Trustees. " NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and persons having any claims or demands upon or against the estate of Humphrey Conwell Barton, formerly of Shoyswell Manor, Etchingham, in the county of Sussex, but late of 25, Pevensey-road, St. Leonards-on-Sea, in the said county of Sussex, Esq. , deceased (who died on the 29th day of August, 1893, and whose will was proved by Charlotte Maria Barton, the relict of the said deceased, Harry Howell Barton, William Henry Phillips, and Walter Cheesman, the executrix and executors thereinnamed, on the 28th day of February following, in the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of Her Majesty's High Court of Justice), are hereby required to send in the particulars of their claims or demands to us, the undersigned, Phillips and Cheesman, 23, Havelock-road, Hastings, Solicitors for the said executors, on or before the 19th day of May, 1894; and notice is hereby also given, that after that day the said executrix and executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which they shall then have had notice; and that they will not be liable for the assets, or any part thereof, so distributed, to any person of whose debt or claim they shall not then have had notice. — Dated this 4th day of April, 1894.
