The Bankruptcy Act, 1869. In the County Court of Kent, holden at Tunbridge Wells. In the Matter of John Foster Relf Parker, of Court Lodge Farm, Etchingham, in the county of Sussex, a Bankrupt. Albion Thorpe, of Battle, in the county of Sussex, Corn Merchant, has been appointed Trustee of the property of the bankrupt. The Court has appointed the Public Examination of the bankrupt to take place at the Townhall, Tunbridge Wells, in the county of Kent, on the 11th day of March, 18C0, at two o'clock in. the afternoon. All persons having in their possession any of the effects of the bankrupt must deliver them to the trustee, and all debts due to the bankrupt must be paid to the trustee. Creditors who have not yet proved their debts must forward their proofs of debts to the trustee. - Dated this 16th day of February, 1880.
