Edwin Fox and Bousfield, at the Auction Mart, London, on Wednesday, the 8th day of April, 1874, at two o'clock precisely, in one lot :— Certain freehold property, known as Burg Field, and four cottages and gardens, situated in the parish of Etchingham, in the county of Sussex, comprising a field of twelve acres or thereabouts, and four cottages and gardens, the whole containing 12A.
