SAMUEL RUSSELL, Deceased. Pursuant to the Act of Parliament of 22nd and 23rd Victoria, cap. 35, intituled "An Act to further amend the Law of Property and to relieve Trustees. " NOTICE Is hereby given to all Creditors and other persons having claims or demands upon or against the estate of Samuel Russell, late of Etchingham, in Sussex, Plumber and Glazier, deceased (who died on the 16th day of December, 1861, and whose Will was proved in the District Registry, at Lewes, on the 13th day of February, 1862, by Sophia Russell, of Etchingham aforesaid, widow, Thomas Pullinger, of Ticehurst, in Sussex, Wheelright, and Henry Kemp, of Mountfield, in Sussex, Farmer, the Executors therein named), to send particulars of such claims or demands to the said executors on or before the 25th day of October next; after which day the said executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased among the persons entitled thereto, haying regard only to the debts, claims, and demands, of which the said executors may then have had notice ; and they will not be answerable or liable for the assets (or any part thereof) so distributed to any person of whose debt, claim, or demand, they shall not have had notice at the time of such distribution. —Dated this 6th day of September, 1862.
