The following PRISONERS, whose Estates and Effects have been vested in the Provisional Assignee by Order of the Court, having filed their Schedules, arc ordered to be brought up before the Court, as hereinafter mentioned, at the Court-House, in Portugal-Street, Lincoln's-Inn, as follows, to be dealt with according to the Statute : On Saturday the 25th May, 1861, at Eleven o'Clock, before Mr. Chief Commissioner Law. Daniel Malpass the younger, sued with Dennis Malpass as Dennis Malpas and Daniel Malpas, and committed as Daniel Malpass, formerly of Etchingham, Hurst-green, Surrey, in co-partnership with the said Dennis Malpasf at Etchingham aforesaid, as Farmers and Graziers, and occasionally carrying for hire, and late of No. ' 5, Turnwheel-lane, Cannon-street, West, London, out of business.
